Sosyal güvenlik provizyon sistemlerinden onay alarak karşılanan bu reçetelerin reçete kayıt defterine ayrıca kayıt edilmesi zorunlu olmayıp Bakanlık ve/veya İl Sağlık Müdürlükleri tarafından talep edildiği takdirde sunulması amacıyla sosyal güvenlik provizyon sistemlerinden alınan dökümlerin bilgisayar çıktısı veya dijital ortamda muhafaza edilmesi gerekmektedir.
